TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions ("Agreement") before using or participating in any auction conducted by Paxbid Auction ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, using, or participating in our auction, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. BUYER'S PREMIUM AND PAYMENT TERMS

1.1 Buyers Premium: A 12% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price of each item.

1.2 Credit Card Surcharge: A 4% surcharge will be added to all payments made via credit/debit card.

1.3 Sales Tax: A 7% sales tax will be added to each invoice, unless you provide a completed ST105 form or have one on file with us.

1.4 Payment Options: We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards (with a 4% fee), including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Wire Transfer. Each wire transfer will incur a $25 fee. 

1.5 Payment Due: Full payment is due on the day of pick-up (Monday, August 7th, 2023) before 6 PM. If payment is not received by 6 PM on the designated pick-up day, your credit/debit card on file will be charged for the full invoice amount, including a 4% surcharge for credit/debit card transactions. 

1.6 Returned Checks: A $30 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

1.7 Vehicle Titles: An additional handling fee of $20 will be charged for all vehicle titles.

2. ITEMS SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTIES OR REFUNDS

2.1 Condition of Items: All items are sold "as is," and no warranty, either expressed or implied, is provided.

2.2 Inspection Encouraged: We strongly encourage you to come and inspect items for yourself. Preview is by appointment only, Monday-Friday. Please call, text, or email to schedule an appointment.

2.3 No Refunds: NO refunds will be offered or given for any reason.

3. BIDDING AND REMOVAL OF ITEMS

3.1 Bid Cancellations: NO bid cancellations are allowed.

3.2 All Bids Final: All bids are final and binding.

3.3 No Credit Card Chargebacks: NO credit card chargebacks will be accepted.

3.4 Buyer's Responsibility: The buyer is solely responsible for the removal of items and should arrange for appropriate assistance and transportation to remove won items.

3.5 Auction Staff Availability: Auction staff will not be available to assist in loading items.

3.6 No Shipping: There will be NO shipping offered for this auction. All items must be picked up in person.

4. PICK-UP AND ALTERNATE PICK-UP DAYS

4.1 Pick-Up Day: The pick-up day is scheduled for Monday, August 7th, 2023, from 10 AM to 6 PM. 

4.2 Payment and Removal on Pick-Up Day: All items must be paid for and removed on the specified pick-up day (Monday, August 7th, 2023) by 6 PM. There will be no alternate pick-up days. 

4.3 Unpaid Items: Items not paid for and not picked up on pick-up day will be subject to re-selling at the expense of the buyer, along with handling and storage fees.

5. BAN FOR NON-PAYMENT OR FAILURE TO CONTACT

5.1 Non-Payment or Non-Contact: Failure to pay for items and failure to contact us on pick-up day will result in a permanent ban from participating in future auctions conducted by us.

6. RESERVES, OWNERSHIP, AND AUCTIONEER'S DISCRETION

6.1 Reserves: Some items may have a confidential minimum price (reserve price). Reserves may be agreed upon with consignors or, in the absence of an agreement, decided by Paxbid Auction Inc.

6.2 Auctioneer's Bidding: The auctioneer may open the bidding on any lot below the reserve by placing a bid on behalf of the seller. The auctioneer may continue to bid on behalf of the seller up to the amount of the reserve.

6.3 Disclosed Reserves: Reserves may or may not be disclosed to bidders.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Technical Issues: Paxbid Auction Inc. is not responsible for any internet, technical, or bidding platform issues that may interrupt or hinder your ability to bid.

7.2 Accidents and Damages: Paxbid Auction Inc. is not responsible for any accidents or damages that occur at auction locations.

7.3 Changes and Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter closing dates of any items or auctions.

By participating in our auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.

Pick-Up will be on Monday, August 7th, 2023, from 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM. All items must be paid for and removed on Pick-Up Day. Unpaid Invoices at the end of Pick-Up Day will automatically be charged the full invoice amount including a 4% surcharge for credit/debit card transactions. ALL items must be completely removed by Friday, August 11th, 2023, by 3PM.
